Globe slicer knife 11-1/2″ diameter. Choose 1021-C (Globe # 1021) for hard chrome or 1022-S (Globe # 1022) for stainless steel. Both numbers fits Globe slicers 3600, 3850, 3975, 4600, 4850 and 4975.
