Fermentation Pro-Tip: To ensure the best signal through stainless steel fermenters, place your receiving device (phone or TiltBridge) as close to the vessel as possible. Calibrate your Tilt in distilled water before every batch. For high-krausen fermentations, wait until the initial vigorous phase subsides for the most accurate gravity readings.
