The insulated, mobile design accommodates twelve 18″ x 26″ sheet pans with 5″ on-center spacing to support high-volume staging.
Streamline workflow for banquets, catering, or tray service by positioning hot items exactly where they’re needed. Two field-reversible dutch doors with magnetic workflow handles support frequent access and flexible placement. All-braked 5″ casters help you maneuver and secure the cabinet on the line or in prep areas.
