Description
The Blodgett CTBR Double is a standard depth half-size convection oven. Each oven can accept 13″ x 18″ standard half-size baking pans in front-to-back positions. Air is efficiently and evenly recirculated throughout the chamber by the two-speed fan and 1/4 HP motor. The dual pane thermal glass windows allow you to keep an eye on your food as it cooks.
The CTBR Double is Energy Star Qualified and boasts a stainless steel construction with the door opening on the right and controls on the left. The solid state manual control comes with separate dials to control thermostat and time.
