The 1.5″ Tri-Clamp to 1.5″ Hose Barb Adapter is a heavy-duty sanitary fitting for high-volume brewery fluid transfer. It allows you to transition directly from a standard 1.5-inch Tri-Clamp (TC) port to a 1.5-inch internal diameter reinforced hose. Precision-machined from high-quality 304 stainless steel, it provides a 100% flavor-neutral path and is highly resistant to corrosion from acidic beverages and harsh brewery cleaners. The high-flow 1.5″ diameter is ideal for main kettle transfers and large pump inlets.
Technician’s Note: The 1.5″ TC side requires a standard 1.5″ gasket and clamp (sold separately) for a tool-free, sanitary connection. For the 1.5″ barb side, always use heavy-duty stainless steel T-bolt clamps to secure large-bore reinforced hosing.
