The Grindmaster AURA3 is a 3-group automatic commercial espresso cappuccino machine designed for high-volume beverage programs in cafés, restaurants, and foodservice outlets. Its (1) 15.6 liter steam boiler supports busy rushes, while stainless steel and chrome construction stands up to daily use and presents well on the counter.
Operators can set and execute consistent drinks with touch controls for each group and an integrated shot timer display. LED-lit keys and start/stop programming help baristas work quickly and accurately without disrupting the line.
The Easylock system simplifies daily operation, and an automated back-flushing cycle streamlines cleaning. Automatic refill with safety and alarm helps maintain service continuity, a large cup warmer readies cups, and the USB interface adds convenient connectivity.
