With a full 96″ cooking zone and horizontal air discharge that can be field converted to vertical, it integrates cleanly on the cookline. Deploy it over mixed equipment—from fryers and griddles to ovens and steamers—to consolidate capture and keep workflows moving.
Its four-stage filtration—grease filter, pre-filter, HEPA filter, and charcoal filter—targets grease, particulates, and odors for consistent air quality. Six LED lights brighten the cook surface, while a stainless steel stand supports sturdy, sanitary placement. A 70 dBA operating level helps maintain clear communication on the line.
Built for safety and compliance, the self-contained ANSUL® R-102 fire suppression system and UL/cULus classifications reinforce peace of mind. The ventless exhaust system runs on 208/240v, single-phase power with a 1-1/2 HP moto
