The three-section, 72-inch cabinet uses a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system to keep ingredients at the ready while leaving the front clear for service. A durable stainless steel interior and exterior stand up to busy prep environments.
Stage ingredients in the included eighteen 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans on the mega top (top rail accepts up to 6-inch pan depth) beneath the hinged stainless cover, and prep on the 10-inch deep, 1/2-inch thick white polyethylene cutting board. Below, three solid hinged doors access refrigerated storage with three adjustable shelves for backups and bulk containers. Four 6-inch casters, two with brakes, simplify movement and cleaning.
