The Spaceman 6378-C is a 208–230V floor-standing two-flavor commercial soft serve and frozen yogurt machine. Its twin-twist design pours two flavors plus a twist (a swirl of both). It serves soft serve, frozen yogurt, gelato, sorbet, and other frozen desserts, using Spaceman’s patented freezing technology for fast freeze-down and recovery.
A gravity-feed design keeps the machine simple to operate and easy to clean. Pre-cooling in the (2) 20 qt refrigerated hoppers chills mix before it enters the freezing cylinders, improving freeze times and keeping product food-safe overnight, including dairy-based mixes. Digital controls make consistency easy to set and standardize across locations.
As a floor-standing unit it ships on a pallet by LTL freight; allow clearance for airflow. Ideal for ice cream shops, frozen-yogurt bars, restaurants, cafes, buffets, convenience stores, and dessert menus.
