Durable and easy to use, Groen’s DEE/4T-60 TA3 has a stainless steel construction and electronic controls. This Kettle/Cooker Mixer has a 316 stainless steel, solid one-piece welded interior and a 304 stainless steel control console and exterior. The kettle body is mounted onto a heavy-duty stainless steel combination kettle support tilt trunnion. The trunnion is supported by a stainless steel enclosed base. The base has tubular legs with adjustable flanged feet. The base contains a self-locking worm and gear tilt mechanism, contactor and more. Its sanitary drip-proof construction has an interior readily accessible for installation and maintenance. This DEE/4T-60 TA3 has a 180 emery grit polished kettle interior and a bright semi-deluxe finished kettle exterior.
This Kettle/Cooker Mixer has electronic controls to regulate its temperature and agitators. Its self-contained steam source provides temperatures between 150°F to approximately 295°F. The Kettle has a built-in contactor, pressure gauge, water sight glass, and heat indicator lamp. The agitator can be set at any RPM between minimum and maximum and offers variable speeds. It has an on-off switch with a safety cut off. Other safety features include a pressure relief valve, high limit pressure switch and low water cut off.
