Accelerate your cold-side line with the Continental RA93N18-D refrigerated base. Its 93-inch, 300 series stainless top organizes (18) 1/6-size, 4-inch-deep pans so toppings and mise en place stay within easy reach. A 12-inch-deep nylon cutting board streamlines sandwich and salad assembly right on the station.
The base combines six high-capacity drawers with one half-height, field rehingeable door to match changing menus. Top drawers hold (1) 12″ x 20″ plus (3) 1/6 pans each, while bottom drawers accept (2) 12″ x 20″ pans—ideal for pizza make lines, delis, and commissaries. Durable stainless front and sides with an aluminum interior and galvanized back support daily cleaning and heavy use.
