Use the standard oven alongside the convection oven to balance baking, roasting, and retherm during peak service.
The ovens use battery spark ignition, while the cooktop maintains a standing pilot to keep stations ready. Stage sheet pans on the 22-1/2-inch flue riser shelf to streamline plating and swaps. Stainless steel front and sides support routine cleaning and a professional finish.
