A 22-1/2″ flue riser with shelf keeps pans and plating tools within reach to streamline service. Stainless steel front, sides, and shelf clean quickly, and 6″ adjustable legs help level the range. This 303,000 BTU gas platform supports high-volume service and qualifies for Southbend’s Service First Program.
