Description
The Lancer 5 Valve 5 valve Cage Assembly Nested 5 Valve CED 1500 is the internal manifold support and fluid-shaping assembly designed to house brix adjusters and solenoids. The nested design provides structural reinforcement for high-pressure carbonated lines within the CED 1500 water bath.
Problem Solved: Corrects manifold-level syrup seepage and ensures stable, leak-free seat for valve plungers in chilling systems. Replaces cages with stripped threads or stress cracks that cause pressure loss.
Symptoms of Failure: Persistent dripping from nozzles, valves ‘wobbling’ in their mounting, or visible syrup buildup around the internal water bath ports.
Technician’s Note: Never use pliers to pull the cage assembly; use the integrated pull-tabs. Overtightening screws into the cage can crack the plastic manifold ports, leading to difficult-to-trace internal leaks.Technical Specifications:
