The Lancer Splash Plate for 1523 Sabre P.I. is the primary stainless steel moisture barrier positioned behind the dispensing heads. It protects the internal electrical components and the ice delivery system from syrup splash and condensation, providing a non-porous surface for health department compliance.
Problem Solved: Maintains a sanitary serving area and prevents liquid ingress into the internal mechanical compartment. Replaces plates that are bent, corroded, or pitted by harsh cleaners.
Symptoms of Failure: Liquid leaking into the machine frame, short-circuited agitator motors, or visible mold growth and rust behind the front panel of the dispenser.
