The Lancer LEV Self-Serve Lever Valve is the precision fluid management head responsible for mixing syrup and water at the factory-specified brix ratio. It utilizes Lancer’s specialized ceramic flow modules to maintain ratio stability even during the high-cycle use typical in public self-serve areas.
Problem Solved: Corrects inconsistent beverage flavor and prevents syrup waste by providing a positive shut-off and stable flow control. Replaces leaking or ‘burping’ heads that cause mess and customer complaints.
Symptoms of Failure: Drinks tasting watered-down or overly sweet, constant dripping from the nozzle tip after release, or valves that ‘burp’ gas during the pour.
