The Master-Bilt DC-2S ice cream dipping cabinet combines dipping and backup storage to keep service organized. It holds (3) 3-gallon tubs for dipping and stores (1) 3-gallon tub. A cold-wall evaporator and a 10° to -10°F temperature range provide consistent holding for frozen desserts. The stainless steel top includes an anti-condensate heater, and the flip lid keeps product covered between scoops. A durable steel exterior and galvanized steel interior support daily operation. Powered by a 1/4 hp system, the DC-2S runs on 115v/60/1-ph and draws 2.1 amps. A 9′ cord with a NEMA 5-15P offers straightforward electrical connection. The unit is cULus and NSF listed.
