Its all stainless steel front, top, and ends pair with a corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back, while the clear coated aluminum interior and stainless steel floor support easy cleaning and durability. A self-contained, forced-air refrigeration system with environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant holds 33 degrees Fahrenheit to 41 degrees Fahrenheit (.5 degrees Celsius to 5 degrees Celsius) and is listed under ANSI/NSF-7. The stainless steel, patented, foam insulated lid and hood help keep pan temperatures colder, lock in freshness, and minimize condensation. An 11-3/4″ deep full length removable cutting board is included, along with heavy duty PVC coated wire shelves.
