Technician’s Note: For mobile draught setups and jockey boxes, these 19.8-gallon tubs are the industry favorite for “keg buckets.” A standard US 1/2 barrel keg (15.5 gal) fits inside with enough perimeter clearance for 20–30 lbs of ice. Because the material is food-grade and non-porous, it won’t harbor odors from spilled beer or yeast, and it can be easily sanitized with standard brewery-grade peracetic acid or iodine-based cleaners without degrading the plastic.
