The 8″ x 14″ 8-Circuit Cold Plate is a high-capacity cooling component for portable draught systems and large-scale jockey boxes. Constructed from high-conductivity cast aluminum with eight independent internal stainless steel lines, it allows you to serve up to eight different beverages simultaneously. By using an ice-water slurry, it rapidly drops the temperature of beer or soda as it flows to the taps, providing consistent, ice-cold pours even if the kegs are at room temperature. Perfect for stadiums, festivals, and mobile bars.
Technician’s Setup Note: For maximum cooling, the cold plate must be in constant contact with ice. Do not drain all the melted ice water; the water creates a thermal “bridge” that is more effective than air. Use 1/4″ or 3/8″ flare fittings with nylon washers on all eight circuits to ensures a leak-proof connection to your beverage lines. Flush all lines with Star San after each event to prevent clogs.
