Accuflex Clearbraid K3150 is a premium, high-pressure reinforced PVC tubing designed for the most demanding beverage and industrial environments. This 3/8″ ID tubing features an internal polyester braid that provides exceptional burst strength while maintaining flexibility. Crystal clear for easy visual inspection of flow and cleanliness, it is NSF-51 certified for food and beverage contact. Ideal for main water supply lines, high-pressure CO2 distribution, and long-draw soda systems.
Technician’s Installation Tip: Because of the reinforcement, this tubing is significantly stiffer than standard vinyl. To ensure a 100% leak-proof seal on 3/8″ or 1/2″ barbs, soak the end of the tubing in near-boiling water for 60 seconds to soften the liner before pushing it onto the fitting. Always use a heavy-duty worm-gear or Oetiker clamp to secure the line under pressure.
