It has 12.0 cu. ft. capacity to accommodate eighteen 1/6 pans (pans are included). This AMT48R has two self-closing solid hinged doors and two wire shelves. It has a 9″ deep heavy-duty cutting board to provide operators ample space to cut, dice, chop, slice, and prepare fruits, vegetables, and meats. This Prep Table has an easy-to-read digital display and easy-to-operate controls. It has a durable stainless steel front and sides. It comes with a white ABS interior liner and it has a stainless steel floor. This AMT48R includes a set of four 3″ casters; two are locking casters.
