The Arctic Air APP71R 71″ Refrigerated Pizza Prep Table features 21 cubic feet capacity. The AAP71R features an electronic thermostat and digital temperature display. It includes a 17.75″D cutting board and nine 1/3 size pans for operator convenience. It has two self-closing doors and two shelves. Its front, top, and sides are made of durable stainless steel while its interior is white ABS with a stainless steel floor. Its side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration id dependable and efficient. This Pizza Prep Table comes with 3″ casters.
