This keeps your Deck Oven working efficiently while keeping it and your employees safe.
With a stainless steel and aluminized construction, this 153 is durable and easy to clean. Its exterior is made entirely from heavy gauge, 403-type stainless steel and its interior is made from heat-resistant 16 gauge aluminized steel. The interior oven has also been completely welded to form a single, unitized section. Being fully insulated, this Oven keeps warm air locked in. This keeps your kitchen cool, while maintaining consistent interior oven temperatures.
