Featuring an adjustable height stainless steel tube and a specialized bung pin, it allows you to push liquid using low-pressure CO2 or Nitrogen, eliminating the need for pumps and reducing oxygen exposure. Technician’s Pro-Tip: To prevents oxidation, always purge the destination tank with inert gas before starting the transfer. Set your gas regulator to no more than 3-5 PSI—excessive pressure can damage the barrel staves. The adjustable height allows you to leave trub and lees at the bottom of the barrel. The 304SS construction is safe for boiling wort and all standard brewery sanitizers.
