This unit comes with three durable epoxy-coated shelves that maximizes the use of space while keeping items well organized. Everything inside the corrosion-resistant aluminum lined interior is easy to see thanks to the cool LED lighting that will outlast other forms of lighting while consuming less energy. An anti-microbial door handle allows the door to open with minimal effort while providing an extra level of sanitation. To keep the interior nice and cool as efficiently as possible the doors are self-closing. When users need to use both hands to access multiple items the doors can be opened to 120º to activate the stay-open feature.
The self-contained refrigeration system is housed at the top of the unit keeping it far away from dust and debris on the floor. This configuration also allows heat to rise out of the unit efficiently. The refrigeration system uses a ¾ HP compressor unit putting out 1997 BTU/hr of cooling. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this model makes sure that a temperature below 0ºF is maintained efficiently and reliably. Fully electronic controls keep power consumption and stress on the refrigeration system to a minimum. The automatic electric defrost cycle keeps the unit running efficiently without downtime. R290 refrigerant is eco-friendly and provides efficient cooling while meeting all regulations.
The unit can be configured with 3” casters or 6” legs at no extra cost but come standard with 6” casters allowing it to be easily moved into and out of place for cleaning or maintenance. An 8-foot power cable comes from the factory prewired with a NEMA 5-15P plug set for use with standard 115v/60/1-ph power.
