A 200–500°F FTDO mechanical thermostat streamlines changeovers between menu items and service periods.
Each section provides a 42″ W x 32″ D deck interior with a 16-1/4″ high baking chamber, giving ample space for large pans and high-volume batches. Counter-balanced doors with a heavy chrome handle enable quick, safe loading and unloading, supporting efficient workflow on busy lines.
Built for daily commercial use, this unit combines a rugged angle iron frame and steel deck with a stainless steel top, front, sides, and back for durability and easy cleaning.
