They each have a clear polycarbonate roll-top lid to protect products from potential contaminants and to help maintain more consistent temperatures. It has 6 drawers for plate, silverware, condiments, and extra storage. This CBC-HHHH-L1 is stainless steel with handles and has Flame Soapstone Red WilsonArt laminate panels.
