With this Carter-Hoffmann HL6-8 Half Height Humidified Holding Cabinet, chefs, bakers, and practicing cooks will never have to worry about their creations growing cold again. With the capacity to hold eight 18″ x 26″ or sixteen 12” x 20” pans, it keeps food warm while you work on other projects or serve customers. It heats between 85°F to 200°F; 160°F for preheating. This Humidified Holding Cabinet’s double panel door with magnetic door latch and heavy-duty hinges allow you to open and close it easily. This way you can reach in for your items when needed without hassle or time delay.

This Cabinet has a large pull-out water reservoir for convenient refilling and a dishwasher-safe polycarbonate pan for painless cleaning. Its recessed fingered grips make it easier to hold during transport and its drip tray is easily removed for cleaning. The cabinet is insulated with a 2″ high density wrap-around fiberglass, ensuring your creations keep warm while your kitchen stays cool.
