Universal pan slides accommodate (8) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (16) 12″ x 20″ full-size pans, as well as Gastronorm pans, allowing flexible menus and batch production. Use it to hold roasted proteins before carving, keep sides ready on the line, or stage plated meals for banquets and catering.
Built with insulated stainless steel construction, this heated mobile cabinet withstands daily kitchen demands while conserving heat. Smooth-rolling 5″ swivel casters (two with brakes) make it easy to reposition between prep, cook, and service areas for streamlined workflow.
