This Carter-Hoffmann O1838C Bun Pan Rack is ideal for holding, transferring, or cooling trays of your delicious creations. Designed to stand up to the demands of an industrial kitchen, it has an all-welded 6463-T5 alloy extruded aluminum construction. Reinforced with horizontal stabilizing bars, it doesn’t topple over even under heavy loads. Its 5″ diameter casters are all swivel and have been covered with a non-marking polyurethane tread, making it easy to push or pull in almost any direction.
