It holds up to twenty-one 12″ x 20″ or forty-one 12″ x 10″ trays or pans and its dial-type thermometer makes it easy to set . It can cook in temperatures up to 200°F and can preheat at 160°F in just approximately 25 minutes. This Heated Cabinet is maximized for heat retention through its 1″ thick high density continuous wrap-around fiberglass insulation and its innovative heating blower system evenly distributes warm air throughout the cabinet. Its stainless steel construction gives this Mobile Cabinet strength and durability.
