Its mere 28-1/2″ height allows it to be tucked away underneath any standard countertop, while its 20-1/2″ inside working height enables it to hold five 12″ x 20″ x 2-1/2″ trays or pans. It has a dial-type thermometer, making it easy to set for temperatures up to 200°F for cooking or 160°F for preheating. This Heated Cabinet is maximized for heat retention through its 1″ thick high density continuous wrap-around fiberglass insulated top, bottom, and sides. Its interior and exterior are stainless steel, adding strength and durability to this Undercounter Cabinet.
