Its stainless steel finish keeps it easy to clean, while its 3″ wide stainless steel bull-nose landing serves perfectly as a work area. The bull-nose landing also protects the ELB12’s controls from potential damage. This Gas Charbroiler has cast-in grease troughs on each blade to ensure grease runs properly from the front of the Charbroiler to the cold zone grease trough and removable grease drawer.
