Its open leg base has an undershelf which enables you to place items conveniently within reach. This Gas Hotplate has a double wall construction with heavy insulation to maximize heat retention, keeping your kitchen cooler. The burners are made of cast iron and are designed in a “star” pattern for an even heat.
