Description
The Crown DCX-2-10 Direct Steam Convection Steamer/Kettle features a direct non-toxic steam, incoming at a minimum of 10 psi (69k Pa) with a flow of 80 lbs (36 kg) per hour, alongside a pressure reducing valve that provides a manifold pressure of 7 psi (49 kPa) per hour. A cold water supply at 25-50 psi (170-345 kPa) is required to control the drain temperature. This design allows for a reliable and efficient product.
