Engineered for durability, the kettle features a 316 stainless steel interior liner and a 304 stainless steel exterior finish that stand up to daily use. A console and tri-leg base with (2) rear support legs provide a stable footprint in busy restaurant, institutional, and commissary kitchens. The included faucet bracket simplifies adding a water connection for filling or cleanup.
