Its 4 GPM, 1/3 H.P. heavy-duty motor gives this fryer the power to actively support routine oil filtration, while it stainless steel pan and pump housing make it durable to the demands of a busy kitchen. Its heavy-duty casters make this Filter mobile and, being welded to its construction, provide extra strength and durability to the filter. It comes with a 5′ return hose, a cover with an opening for the hose, and a filter starter kit.
