- Heavy duty commercial cleaver designed for chopping through thick cuts of meat, dense cartilage, and bone; the broad blade face can also be used for crushing aromatics such as garlic and ginger
- Blade is constructed from Dexter-Russell’s proprietary DEXSTEEL stain-free, high-carbon stainless steel, individually ground and honed to a sharp edge with unique geometry that supports long-lasting performance and easy re-sharpening
- 9″ blade length and 6″ handle length for a 15″ overall length; weighs approximately 1.3 lbs; sized for serious meat processing work without the bulk of oversized butcher cleavers
