The Federal Industries CGR5948 curved glass refrigerated bakery case presents pastries and desserts within a 59.13″ W x 35.3″ D x 48″ H footprint. Its self-contained refrigeration with a condensate evaporator and adjustable temperature control manage case temperatures. Curved Thermopane tilt-front glass and 3000K LED top lighting with lighted shelves provide bright product visibility.
Three tiers of adjustable white wire shelves adapt to a range of item sizes, and glass sliding rear doors support rear access during service. A white interior and tempered glass ends keep sightlines open, while a choice of laminate with black trim aligns with your décor. Designed for continuous lineups and driven by a 1/2 HP system, the CGR5948 holds UL and UL EPH Classified listings and is DOE 2017 compliant.
