The FermZilla 600mL Collection Container is a replacement jar for the Gen 3 and Gen 3.2 Tri-Conical fermenters. This high-pressure PET jar connects via a 3-inch Tri-Clamp port, allowing you to harvest yeast and dump trub without exposing your beer to oxygen. Because it is clear, you can easily monitor the health and quantity of the yeast you are collecting for future batches.

Technician’s Note: This jar is rated for pressure, making it ideal for storing yeast under a CO2 blanket. Before disconnecting, always close the butterfly valve and vent the jar’s pressure through the side ports. Inspect the 3″ TC gasket for any trub particles that could prevent a perfect seal when reattaching.
