The Flojet T5000 Series BIB Pump is an industrial workhorse for Bag-In-Box beverage dispensing. This model features a specialized 3/8″ liquid inlet and 1/4″ liquid outlet, with a 1/4″ gas tee for easy daisy-chaining into CO2 or air manifolds. Designed for high-flow reliability, it automatically stops when the bag is empty and restarts instantly upon replacement. It is engineered to handle highly acidic syrups and juices without degradation.
Installation Note: The 1/4″ gas tee is designed to allow multiple pumps to share a single gas line. Ensure your primary regulator is set between 20-80 PSI. If the pump “stutters,” check the inlet line for air leaks or restrictions in the syrup bag connector. Always mount the pump vertically for the most efficient operation.
