Dial in results with an adjustable thermostat and separate controls, while the removable water reservoir streamlines refills and cleaning. The see-through lexan door lets staff verify progress without disrupting heat or humidity, minimizing door openings and labor. A removable stainless steel tray rack supports fast changeovers between proofing and holding.
Built with stainless steel inside and out, this proofing cabinet stands up to daily use and cleans quickly. Non-insulated construction suits a range of back-of-house applications, and casters with (2) rigid and (2) swivel with brakes make it easy to position at prep, finishing, or service stations.
