Dial in the environment with individual temperature and moisture controls, a built-in humidifier, and a removable water reservoir to preserve texture and appearance from bake-off to banquets. Adjustable tray slides on 4.5″ centers adapt quickly to breads, plated meals, or bulk pans.
Maneuver easily through tight corridors on 5″ casters using recessed side hand grips, and configure flow with a field-reversible door featuring a recessed antimicrobial handle. Durable stainless steel inside and out stands up to daily use, with an optional range thermometer available for added oversight.
