Its top-mounted forced-air system circulates heat evenly, maintaining 90°F to 190°F for consistent results from prep to pass. Load the universal slide system with either (13) 18″ x 26″ sheet pans or (26) 12″ x 20″ pans to match your menu and workflow. Slides are set 4-1/2″ on-center and adjust in 1-1/2″ increments, letting you reconfigure quickly for varied pan heights. Dual push bars and 5″ casters make transport smooth during peak periods.
Built with insulated stainless steel and a flush-mounted door, this cabinet retains heat and stands up to daily use. An adjustable thermostat simplifies control, while a wraparound bumper helps protect walls and equipment.
