The G.E.T. CA-103-BK/BK/CC Heiss Bistro pan is oven, induction, gas, electric, and oven flame safe. Made of cast aluminum with a ceramic enamel coating, it is dishwasher safe. It resists temperatures up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. The induction miniature cookware and serveware is chip and stain resistant for increased longevity.
The CA-103-BK/BK/CC comes in black with a black interior. It has an attractive clear coat finish.
