Groen offers stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment with quality performance. This BPP-30GC is no different. Designed as a Gas Tilting Skillet and Braising Pan, this BPP-30GC uses 104,000 BTU of power to heat and cook food products. It has a 304 stainless steel pan body, made from one solid heavy-duty welded piece. Its exposed surfaces, cooking surface, and control IPX6-rated housing are made from stainless steel. The housing protects controls from potential damage and is completely water resistant. The cooking surface has a plate has welded heat transfer fins, heated by the gas burner/combustion chamber. This ensures a uniform heat transfer over the entire cooking area.
This Tilting Skillet has a power tilt. Designed for smooth action and quick tilting, the Braising Pan body has a motorized tilt mechanism to provide precise control during pouring. The powerful motor is activated by a 3-position control switch. It has an easily accessible manual override capability to tilt the pan in case of power failure.
