This Hatco FSHAC-3 Countertop Air Curtain Heated Display Cabinet with 3 Tier Slides for 1/2 Size Pans holds wrapped or unwrapped products. Perfect for tortillas, burritos, ribs, biscuits, chicken, hamburger patties, and more, this Hatco Flav-R-Savor Heated Case keeps food products at safe-serving temperatures. Through a patented Air Curtain heating system, this Heated Display Cabinet effectively holds food items within 80°F and 175°F. It does this by forcing warm air at the front of the cabinet through air ducts above the opening, creating a “curtain” of warm air. Because of special perforations on the rear wall, a portion of this heated air is drawn toward the back of the holding cabinet. Its doorless design permits immediate access to food products and it can hold up to 3 half-size pans. Leadtime may vary, please call for details.
