With a pre-focused heating system, warm air is generated throughout the entire holding surface to maintain safe-serving temperatures without causing your items to burn or overcook. Food stays fresh and “just-prepared” looking for longer. This Infrared Heat Lamp comes with a tubular metal heater rod and has an aluminum construction. Leadtime may vary, please call for details.
