This 22.25″ wide unit is small enough to fit on your counter. It has one heated horizontal shelf that can be controlled thermostatically so you can turn up or lower the heat with precision with ease. Overhead prefocused infrared heating is provided so the holding surface is fully heated, ensuring the spread of food is evenly warmed. The metal sheathing on these heating elements protects from burnout or breakage.

The 7.5″ sneeze guard reduces exposure to bacteria and contaminants especially when traffic is high, keeping your food fresh and safe to eat. The incandescent bulbs create a bright beautiful display and since they are made shatter-resistant, they are built for the hot environment. A lighted rocker switch makes for a simple one-touch operation.
